The Kisag Professional Cream Whipper brings professionalism and versatility to your kitchen. It is an all-rounder that allows you to prepare both warm and cold dishes, such as cream soups, sauces, mousses, or espumas. And it does so absolutely stress-free and always just-in-time: You can prepare your whipped creations in advance and fill them into the Kisag Professional Whipper well before serving. If the contents are to be served cold, simply place the whipper with its contents in the refrigerator. If you want to prepare sauces and soups and store them in the Professional Whipper, the device can be placed in a Bain-Marie heated up to 75 °C. This keeps the contents warm until serving.
