No. I wouldn't recommend using a rice cooker to make hot mops. Rice cookers are designed to cook rice, not to heat towels. They may not be able to maintain a constant temperature, which could result in towels that are too hot or too cold. In addition, rice cookers may not be disinfected or sterilised, which could transmit bacteria to the towels.
