Dear Galaxus Community I recently received and started using the Kibernetik WKH168F01 wine refrigerator. The temperature zones are set as follows: Top: 6 °C Bottom: 18 °C After three weeks of operation, the lower temperature zone shows me an internal value of 14 °C in the display instead of the 18 °C set. The upper temperature zone works correctly and shows me 6 °C. My question: Has anyone had the same experience of the temperature zones not working correctly according to the set temperature? Is this possibly because the upper temperature zone has a cooling effect on the lower temperature zone with a low 6 °C and the unit behaves normally? I look forward to receiving feedback.

Helpful answer

Normally you should set the warmer zone at the top and the colder zone at the bottom. (Because cold falls and warmth rises).
Try your settings the other way round and you will see that the zones then work perfectly.
