Question about Instant Pot Multicooker Pro Crisp

Are there any problems with the manufacturer at the moment? When I want to cook steam, the timer starts to run before the pressure has been generated and the lid can be opened. It seems to me that the sensor is defective. I already have two identical appliances where I don't have this problem.
