Can you heat up a portable USB battery? How long does it take to heat up?
The cable supplied with the device does not allow this.

If the portable USB charger has 35 W, 220-240 V~, 50/60 Hz, this should surely be possible. And regarding the heating time, it depends on what you are cooking.
