Works perfectly. The jug has an aluminium plate at the bottom like standard pans that can be placed on an electric or gas hob. The foam rondelles should probably not get too hot. This is why heating is not recommended in the operating instructions. But if the milk is only warmed, it has worked perfectly for me for years with the large and small Tuttocrema. A little tip: unscrew the two sieve discs for cleaning (lactic acid bacteria).
