Question about Severin RKS 8831

We use this type of refrigerator outside on the balcony (covered, no contact with rain). However, the freezer compartment does not work in winter or when the temperature drops (the difference to the outside temperature is too small for normal fridges). This means that we switch the fridge off completely in winter and empty the freezer compartment early.
