Question about Trisa Digital Boil kettle 1.7 l, anthracite
at which temperature setting is it always set? At the last selected setting or always at 100°? I'm asking because I plan to use 40° frequently and don't want to tap down from 100 to 40 every time. Thank you

Yes, the basic setting is always 100°.
Always 100 first, but no problem with putting it down.
This is a very negative point:
the way it works is not very user-friendly, especially for regular tea-making!
