You can contact Bodum directly. They sent me the decanter stopper free of charge.

Spare parts have not been available in Switzerland for many years - and a number of Swiss Bodum sales outlets are private individuals who are interested in XY, but not in procuring spare parts.
So the only option for us is replacement = new purchase, if you're lucky, top and/or bottom separately.

The main problem with this glass coffee maker is that it breaks, either if it is accidentally dropped on a hard (stone) floor or as a result of 'mishandling' when cleaning the glass: if you hit it too hard with a cleaning tool from the inside, the glass will quickly shatter!
Well understood: only from the inside.
