Yes, there is a language-combined manuel and recipe book included. As we recommend to use the quantities given in the recipe book the kneading time is fixed according to them.

Hey, the recipe book comes in English, as for the owner’s manual I don’t know since I cannot find it anymore.
The kneading time is fixed depending on the quantity you setup (for 2 people or for 4) but i can imagin that you can turn it off then on to achieve a longer time. After owning it for nearly a year I never found the need to knead it longer then the default duration.
