The Lelit Bianca V3 impresses with interesting new features: new software, new functions in the LCC, new low flow function, 4 temperature profiles (always on/sleep mode/e-mode/stand-by), shorter heat-up time thanks to the NTC system. By turning the mechanical paddle on the brew group, the water flow in the brew group can be regulated and the brewing pressure can be optimally controlled in every phase of extraction. Bianca has two separate stainless steel boilers, one for steam and hot water, the second for brewing water. The dual boiler technology guarantees greater temperature stability without the risk of the brewing water overheating and the possibility of brewing coffee and frothing milk or drawing hot water at the same time.
The machine can now also be easily operated by less experienced users, as they do not need to pay particular attention to coffee preparation. You can choose between four automatic coffee brewing programmes.
For experienced users, this upgrade means that the pressure and flow profile can be precisely repeated several times. The paddle can still be used in addition to the "Low Flow" automatic programmes.
With the Lelit Bianca, you have all espresso extraction parameters under control. With the PID, the temperature for the espresso extraction can be set precisely to one degree. The manual water flow control gives you full control over the brewing process. more
