The practical and versatile cleaver with a blade length of 15 cm comes from the Twin Pollux series. It assists you in chopping meat, ribs, and similar dishes: the sharp blade easily cuts through firm pieces of meat.

The attractive and functional shape of the ergonomic handle is adorned with three rivets, while the handle itself is slightly curved for a comfortable grip. The wide blade makes it easier to separate ingredients due to its own weight. The inlaid Zwilling logo on this product is distinctive and perfectly complements the overall appearance of the knife.

The ice-hardened Friodur blade of the cleaver impresses with its balanced ratio of chromium and carbon in the Zwilling special melt. This makes the stainless steel particularly durable and resistant to corrosion. The refined and stamped knife adapts to your needs and is extremely resilient. With the practical cleaver featuring a rectangular blade shape, you are well-equipped to cut up crispy grilled meat, for example.
