The attractive and functional shape of the ergonomic handle is adorned with three rivets, and the handle itself is slightly curved for a comfortable grip. The wide blade facilitates the separation of ingredients due to its own weight. The inlaid Zwilling logo on this product is distinctive and perfectly completes the overall appearance of the knife.

The ice-hardened Friodur blade of the cleaver impresses with its balanced ratio of chromium and carbon in the Zwilling special melt.
