The KRAMER by ZWILLING EUROLINE Stainless Steel Damascus Collection was developed in collaboration with master blade smith Bob Kramer and features blades made from stainless steel crafted to his exacting standards, offering maximum curves, balance, and utility. The knives are handcrafted by experienced Japanese artisans using a traditional 3-step process. Combined with SG2 micro-carbide powder steel, the ice-hardened CRYODUR blades provide scalpel-like sharpness, stay sharper for longer, and can be sharpened more frequently throughout their lifespan. The SG2 super steel core is protected by an exceptionally beautiful 100-layer chevron Damascus pattern, complemented by a stunning black linen Micarta handle and the signature Bob Kramer mosaic pin.
