Innovation for more freshness: ZWILLING Fresh & Save Bowls. The two bowls of the unique vacuum system are ideal for preparing, baking, serving and storing a wide variety of dishes. They are also ideal for meal prep: with the vacuum lids, food can be quickly vacuum-sealed and stored in the fridge or freezer - keeping it fresh up to five times longer. It's very easy: simply place the vacuum pump on the valve, press the button and you're done. The lids offer additional flexibility: they also fit on the STAUB CERAMIQUE bowls (without handles). For maximum freshness, there are vacuum bags - ideal for freezing, sous-vide cooking or marinating your food.
