What an edge! This refers not only to the practical edge for cutting but also to the entire cutting board from the Zassenhaus Eco Line. It measures 39 cm in length and width, and is 4.5 cm thick. There is plenty of space to chop fruits and vegetables. If you use the board to prepare meat, you will appreciate the surrounding juice groove. This double-sided board is made of bamboo. This rapidly renewable resource has several advantages: it is extremely hard, making it very durable, while also being gentle on your knives.
