The handles made of smoked oak provide a very elegant appearance thanks to their warm, dark hue and uniform grain. These meticulously crafted knives, produced through many processing steps, deserve to be displayed protected and ready for use in or on a knife block, rather than hidden away in a drawer. Made from stainless blade steel, specifically chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel (X50 CrMoV 15). The forged blade is specially ice-hardened, hand-ground, and finely polished by hand. It offers lasting corrosion resistance and edge retention. The ergonomic handle shape ensures comfortable and precise cutting. Handle made of oak wood. Made in Solingen using traditional blacksmithing techniques.
