Dense ruby. In the bouquet ripe dark berry fruit, vanilla and a subtle animal note. On the palate full-bodied with soft firm tannin and harmonious acid balance. Long reverberation. A wine with a lot of potential.

Culinary recommendation
Excellent with game, lamb and beef as well as risotto ai funghi, tortellini al pesto, coniglio with polenta or a Ticino mountain cheese.
