Balance and ergonomics - the special bolster shape ensures optimal balance and allows for the use and sharpening of the entire blade length. The ergonomically shaped handle scales are permanently riveted, ensuring impeccable hygiene and maintenance.

* Forged from a single piece of high-alloy blade steel (X50 Cr MoV 15).
* Maximum initial sharpness of the blade thanks to the laser-supported sharpening process, PEtec. Santoku - the typical Japanese blade shape. A versatile knife, ideal for fine cutting tasks in the kitchen. The dimples create air pockets that prevent thin slices from sticking to the blade.
