Wüsthof Classic Ikon - Super Slicer
Balance and ergonomics - the special bolster shape ensures optimal balance and allows for the use and sharpening of the entire blade length. The ergonomically shaped handle scales are permanently riveted, ensuring impeccable hygiene and maintenance.

* Forged from a single piece of high-alloy blade steel (X50 Cr MoV 15).
* Maximum initial sharpness of the blade thanks to the laser-assisted sharpening process, PEtec. Ideal for slicing large fruits and vegetables. With its wide, long blade, it is also perfect as a bread knife and cake knife. The outwardly shaped serration provides a clean cut, preventing the tearing of meat when carving roasts.
