Wüsthof Classic - Chef's Knife

Robust, sharp, and functional - the classic tool with a variety of over 70 blade shapes. The full bolster serves as a hand guard, ensuring safety and a balanced weight distribution. The sturdy handle scales are permanently riveted.

* Forged from a single piece of high-alloy chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel.
* Particularly sharp, thanks to the laser-supported sharpening process, PEtec. Knives for slicing and chopping as well as for cutting meat, fish, fruits, and vegetables. The all-rounder in the kitchen. Optimal balance for fatigue-free working. The indentations create air pockets that prevent thin slices from sticking to the blade. Chef's knives are ground particularly thin towards the edge. They should not be used for chopping bones, but only for cutting.
