The serrated edge of the blade handles any crust. Whether it's hard or soft bread, crispy roasts, or even the rind of bacon.

The blades of the gourmet knives are cut from stainless steel plates using a precision laser. A wide range makes this series appealing for both home use and professional kitchens. The knives are forged from a single piece of stainless steel (chromium molybdenum vanadium) and fit comfortably in the hand. They are optimally balanced for fatigue-free cutting. The handle scales made of special plastic are permanently riveted, seamlessly assembled, and therefore hygienically flawless.
