The innovative precision double shaft makes the bread knife 4152/23 cm from the CLASSIC series by Wüsthof a unique tool when it comes to cutting bread, cakes, pies or larger pieces of meat. The knife is enormously sharp and has a long service life. It can be applied safely with little effort when cutting and cuts with a perfect, smooth cut without "tearing out" or "fraying" the food. The blades of this Wüsthof knife are made of one piece of stainless steel (chrome molybdenum vanadium) and are consistently sharp. The handle made of black special plastic is optimally balanced, lies comfortably in the hand and thus enables fatigue-free cutting.
