The Multi-Dough Sheeter is revolutionary in its design. It is suitable for all types of dough, including puff pastry and shortcrust pastry, pasta, pizza, icing, sugar work, etc.

Unlike conventional dough rollers/rollers, it offers a large working surface and integrated ramps with cm and inch scales that ensure flat lamination and reduce dough deformation. As it can roll in both directions, it also ensures efficiency and time savings. 20 adjustable thicknesses from 0.8 mm to 15 mm.

It is robust and durable and made of high-quality stainless steel. The Multi Dough Sheeter can be attached with either a vice, suction cups or both to ensure complete stability on the work surface. Unlike many other dough sheeters, the De Buyer Multi Dough Sheeter is compact and easy to store and keep clean.
