5 steps to a Nordic cup of coffee:
1. Place Wilfa Bloom on your favorite cup and add 15 grams of ground coffee.
2. Boil water and let it cool to 92-96 degrees.
3. Moisten the coffee with about 50 ml of water and let it steep for about 30 seconds.
4. Pour about 100 ml of water in a circular motion over the coffee.
5. Fill the remaining 100 ml while the water is drawn through the filter.

Tip: The entire water pouring process should take about 3 minutes. Timing variations can be adjusted with the grind size of the coffee. A finer grind leads to a slower flow and may impart an unpleasant taste to the coffee.
