The classic Spätzle press Spätzlechef helps you quickly prepare mashed potatoes, Spätzle, spaghetti ice cream, and fruit juices. By simply squeezing the lever arms, you can create Spätzle that looks hand-scraped. The scraped appearance is achieved through the fine, narrow slot perforation (7 mm). The effortless handling is ensured by the narrow handles with flattened ends, and the support notches provide a secure grip on pot and bowl edges of varying diameters. The product, made in Germany, has a filling volume of approximately 250 ml, can be cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher, is disassemblable into individual parts, and is suitable for space-saving storage.
