Vegetable peeler for cutting fine strips of vegetables to decorate soups or prepare wok meals. Suitable for right and left-handed use. Optimum adaptation to all contours of food thanks to a slightly curved and movable blade. No clogging of the blade due to cleanly separated vegetable strips (thickness: 1 mm). Easy replacement of the blade. High durability thanks to high-quality aluminum coating and stainless steel. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe, although it may reduce sharpness after repeated dishwasher use.
