Vegetable double peeler for peeling elongated vegetables such as asparagus, carrots, zucchini, eggplant, or cucumbers. Optimal adaptation to all contours of the food thanks to the movable blade. Peeling from two sides is twice as fast and economical, thanks to the practical double-blade principle. The blade does not clog due to cleanly separated peel (thickness: 1 mm).
