Westmark Fat Separator. It easily separates fat from meat juices or sauces. With a measuring scale up to 1000 ml. Heat resistant up to 125 °C.

Tip: Allow the hot sauce or meat juices to cool slightly before pouring them into the separator. Let it sit for a moment, and the fat will float to the top, allowing you to pour off the meat juices or sauce.
