The 17 cm blade, made from 67 layers of Damascus steel with a VG-10 core, ensures outstanding sharpness and remarkable durability. A blade hardness of 60±2 HRC and long-lasting cutting performance make it the perfect all-purpose knife, whether for meat, fish, or vegetables. The 13 cm long, ergonomically shaped Micarta handle allows for fatigue-free use. This excellently balanced knife should only be washed by hand. It comes in attractive packaging, making it ideal for gifting.
