The kitchen knife set, made from Damascus steel with a VG10 core, offers excellent cutting properties for preparing meat and vegetables. The blades are razor-sharp and consist of 67 layers. The hardness level is 60±1 HRC. The blade lengths vary: 20 cm for the chef's knife, 18 cm for the large Santoku, 12 cm for the small Santoku, and 10 cm for the paring knife. The handles made of layered Pakkawood are ergonomically shaped, water-resistant, and suitable for both right- and left-handed users. The knives are not dishwasher safe. The set comes in a practical wooden box and includes a chef's knife, a large Santoku, a small Santoku, and a paring knife.
