The Santoku knife with a blade length of 16 cm made from Nitro B stainless steel is excellent for use in the kitchen. The hardness of the blade is rated at 58-59 HRC, which ensures good edge retention. The knife is ideally suited for processing meat, fish, and vegetables. The wide blade makes cutting and chopping easier. The handle made of Bocote wood features three-dimensionally milled handle scales and decorative screws, which not only contribute to stability but also create a structured transition between the handle and the blade.
