Vaillant VR 921 sensoNET

The Vaillant sensoNET VR 921 Internet module 0020260965 is a gateway device designed for installation under compatible Vaillant central heating systems. This white internet module allows remote control and monitoring of your heating system via the myVaillant mobile application. It has been specifically developed for newer Vaillant ecoTEC plus and ecoTEC exclusive central heating systems with a black front display. The module supports both Ethernet cables and integrated Wi-Fi connection for internet access. Installation is simplified by plug-and-play functionality, enabling straightforward mounting under the heating system. This sensoNET model requires existing sensoHOME, sensoCOMFORT, or MultiMATIC 700 control systems to function properly, as it serves as the necessary gateway for app-based operation of these controllers. The device communicates using the common eBUS protocol language, ensuring compatibility with specified Vaillant heating models. It is not suitable for Vaillant heat pumps, which instead require the wall-mounted sensoNET model or the myVaillant connect module. For users with Vaillant heating systems manufactured after 2007 but lacking the required black display, alternative wall-mounted sensoNET or myVaillant connect options are available. The myVaillant connect internet module provides an alternative solution that works with Vaillant heat pumps as well as sensoROOM, calorMATIC, sensoHOME, and sensoCOMFORT controllers, but it only supports Wi-Fi connectivity without an Ethernet cable option.
