The stepless rotary control offers 7 programmes for vegetables, meat, fish, poultry, eggs, and rice. The reversible stainless steel cooking plates ensure even heat distribution, with one side having a juice groove and the other for cooking in juice. Intermediate shelves can be removed for larger pieces. It has precise digital control for preserving vitamins and a clear display with a time indication of 1-60 minutes. There is an automatic or individually selectable warming function, a water tank with a sight glass, and a water container capacity of 1.2 litres. Accessories are dishwasher-safe.
