Hot-rolled heavy plate, embossed, ladle bottom beaten, rustic appearance, higher compaction - better frying properties. Suitable for all types of cookers (electric - ceramic - gas - induction - open fire). Important: cooking area same size as pan bottom to avoid damage to the pan. The pans are scratch and cut resistant and therefore have an enormous lifespan.
