The Turk freeform forged iron pan is particularly suitable for searing steaks and slow braising. Before its first use, the pan should be seasoned to create a natural non-stick coating. Each pan from Turk is unique, crafted from a single piece of iron. It is compatible with all types of cooktops (electric, ceramic, gas, induction, open flame). Important: The cooking surface must be the same size as the bottom of the pan to avoid damage. The pan is scratch and cut resistant and has an enormous lifespan. Diameter 22 cm, bottom 16 cm.
