The multipurpose knife with a blade length of 13 cm features a high-quality VG10 stainless steel core surrounded by 67 layers of Damascus steel. This construction gives the blade a hardness of 61° HRC on the Rockwell scale. The knife has a simple blade grind and displays a swirling Damascus pattern that is not only functional but also visually appealing. The ergonomically shaped handle is made of mother-of-pearl plates coated with resin, providing comfortable handling. Due to its razor-sharp blade, the knife is ideal for a variety of kitchen tasks. However, it is not dishwasher safe and should be cleaned by hand to maintain the quality and sharpness of the blade.
