The hardness is rated at 61° HRC on the Rockwell scale, ensuring high cutting retention. The blade edge is serrated, making it ideal for slicing bread. The handle is made of synthetic resin and adorned with mother-of-pearl inlays, ergonomically shaped for a secure grip. The knife is not dishwasher safe.
