Sturdy aluminium housing with high-quality coating from ILAG ; BPA-free.
Coating with non-stick properties.
3 different drums made of high quality stainless steel and with blades that stay sharp for a long time:
Grating drum Universal No. 1 - ideal for grating fruit, nuts, cereals e.g. for homemade muesli. Slicing drum no. 2 - cuts all kinds of vegetables into even slices for salads, gratins or homemade crisps. Grating drum no. 3 - grates all kinds of vegetables and fruit, cheese, chocolate or nuts into coarse strips; ideal for Swiss Rösti.
