Grating drum fine no. 4 - grinds vegetables and fruit, hard cheese, chocolate or nuts into fine strips, as well as bread for breadcrumbs. Juliet drum no. 5 - Grates vegetables and fruits into medium strips for salads and soups. Puree drum no. 6 - ideal for grating raw potatoes for dumplings or potato pancakes and apples for fresh apple sauce. Manual cleaning recommended.
