Three different drums made of high-quality stainless steel with long-lasting sharp blades: Grating drum No. 2 slices various vegetables into even slices for salads or homemade chips. Coarse grating drum No. 3 grates a variety of vegetables and fruits, cheese, chocolate, or nuts into coarse strips. Ideal for Swiss rösti.
