The Soul rocking knife impresses not only with its design featuring finely crafted wooden handles made from German ash, but also with its particularly high-quality hardened blade. Traditionally, rocking knives are used for quickly and easily chopping herbs, nuts, garlic cloves, and more. Larger models, measuring 23 cm, are also ideal for cutting pizza, tarte flambée, and sheet cakes, and are beautiful enough to bring joy to the dining table. The two ergonomically shaped handles of the single-edged rocking knife ensure safe handling and optimal power transfer, allowing for fatigue-free work. The hardened blade, a rarity in rocking knives, is characterized by exceptionally high and long-lasting sharpness. Rocking knives are handcrafted and carefully sharpened in a multi-stage process. The final sharpening is done by hand on a grinding belt. To preserve the blade and maintain the beauty of the wood, rocking knives should be cleaned gently and by hand.
