Themo is a digital smart thermostat that considers not only the heating profile of your home but also the electricity market price and weather forecast. Themo connects to a wireless Wi-Fi network, allowing operation and management directly via Android and iOS devices.

Themo takes into account price trends according to the electricity market price table maintained by Nordpool when heating floors. With the smart heating program (weekly schedule) and machine learning algorithm, power supply is directed to cheaper hours, and the floor is scheduled to be warm according to user needs. It is also suitable for consumers who prefer fixed-price electricity contracts, as it learns to create an optimal heating schedule based on price and heating needs. The thermostat can utilize weather forecasts to anticipate heating requirements.

Themo can also be used without a Wi-Fi connection, functioning like a standard thermostat in this case. The sales package does not include a floor sensor.

Depending on the electricity contract, Themo can reduce heating costs for underfloor heating by up to 8 €/m² per year (average savings for market electricity 32.5%, fixed-price contract 20%). It can reduce the carbon footprint by an average of 25.3 kg per square meter per year.
