This 28 cm model was designed for the Swiss Diamond frying pan and sauté pan, but it can also be used as a universal lid to cover any 28 cm pot or pan. The adjustable knob can be turned to open and close the integrated steam vent, allowing the cook to control moisture during cooking without lifting the lid. It is safe for use in the oven up to 260 °C. Avoid exposing this or other glass items to rapid temperature changes, such as placing a hot lid in cold water.
