The multifunctional roasting pan from Staub features a lid with the Chistera Drop-Structure developed by Staub itself. This structure on the inside of the lid ensures that condensation is evenly distributed over the entire food, allowing all ingredients to be moistened and become particularly aromatic and juicy. Therefore, it is not necessary to frequently add water or other liquids when using this roasting pan.
