The model with angel motif. Over 4000 years ago, it was made from terracotta, but today models are mostly made from wood. Traditional wooden embossing molds for classic Springerle and Speculatius cookies. A classic for the Christmas season. A real eye-catcher on any coffee table or as edible Christmas tree decoration. Städter offers models in various sizes, shapes, and motifs.

Have fun baking! This model is made from durable pear wood with a fine surface. Pear wood allows for the finest structures and detailed motifs to be depicted. Städter recommends cleaning the model with warm water, a damp cloth, and mild dish soap. Do not clean in the dishwasher.
