With the model roller, you can create multiple designs on the typical anise meringue dough used for Springerle. This traditional wooden embossing roller is perfect for classic Springerle and Speculaas cookies. A classic for the Christmas season, it makes a great centerpiece on any coffee table or can even serve as edible Christmas tree decoration.

Have fun baking! This model is made from durable maple wood with a robust surface. Städter recommends cleaning the model with warm water, a damp cloth, and mild dish soap. Do not clean in the dishwasher.
