This cutter allows you to easily cut out the top of the popular Linzer cookies and safely transfer it to the baking sheet using the integrated ejector. To cut out the bottom part of the Linzer cookie, you will need the matching outer ring. Bake both parts and then layer them together with some jelly, jam, icing, or nut nougat cream – done.
