Product details

For the classic Linzer cookies with a hole, there is this cutter with a Welser ring. With this cookie cutter, you can easily cut out the top and bottom parts of the popular Linzer cookies and safely transfer them to the baking sheet using the integrated ejector. To cut out the Linzer bottom part (and for cleaning), you can disassemble the cutter into three parts (inner part, outer ring, and holder). Now, use the outer ring to cut out the bottoms for the Linzer cookies. Bake both parts and layer them with some jelly, jam, icing, or nut nougat cream – done. Enjoy baking and decorating!

Additional designs are available. The cookie cutter is made of stainless steel and durable plastic. Städter recommends cleaning the cutter immediately after use and rinsing it under warm running water. Of course, these shapes can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
