The Spring multi-layer material distributes heat quickly and evenly throughout the pan due to its excellent heat conductivity. It features a durable, scratch-resistant non-stick coating with high scratch resistance. Heat resistant up to 250 °C. Extremely durable and long-lasting. Re-coatable. Suitable for induction.
