Place the Perfetta Knock Box next to your espresso machine and knock the coffee grounds into the knock container in one motion. By simply tapping on the knock bar, used coffee is emptied from the portafilter. The knock bar is covered with soft rubber to prevent scratching the portafilter and reduce noise.
